Tri-Cities Airport Commission (TCAC)

Tri-Cities Regional Airport, TN/VA (TCRA or TRI) is governed by a 12-person commission appointed by the Airport's owners: the Cities of Kingsport, Bristol, Johnson City, TN and Bristol, VA; Washington and Sullivan Counties, TN. Full Commission meetings are held bi-monthly with committee meetings held monthly or scheduled as needed.  TCAC currently has five standing committees: administration and operations, airfield development, foreign trade zone, executive and marketing.  

	John Abe Teague, Jr.,  Past Chairman, represents Washington County, TN. He has been on the Commission since 2001.
	Ken Maness, Chairman, represents Kingsport on the Airport Commission.   He joined the Commission in 2006 and also served a term on the Commission from 1996-1999.  He is also Chairman of the Executive Committee.
	Joe L. Wilson, Secretary/Treasurer, represents Washington County, TN. He joined the Airport Commission in January 2000.  He is Chairman of the FTZ-Air Cargo and Trade Committee.
	Dr. Frank Anderson represents Johnson City on the Airport Commission. He has been on the Commission since 1986.
	James "Moe" Brotherton joined the Commission in 2009 and represents Sullivan County.
	Dan Eldridge represents Washington County, TN. He has been on the Commission since 2011.
	Dan Mahoney has represented Johnson City on the Airport Commission since 1989.  He is Chairman of the Marketing Committee.
	Jeff Broughton represents Bristol, TN and joined the Commission in 2011.
	Jane Myron represents Johnson City on the Airport Commission. She joined the Commission in 2005.
	Steve Godsey represents Sullivan County and has been on the Commission since 2006.
	Jim Rector represents Bristol, Virginia and joined the Commission in 2007.  He is Chairman of the Airfield Development Committee.
	J. Parker Smith joined the Commission in 2007 and represents Kingsport.  He is Chairman of the Administration/Operations Committee.
