(BLOUNTVILLE, Tenn.)-- Tri-Cities Regional Airport, TN/VA (TCRA or TRI) welcomes William "Bill" Anderson to the Tri-Cities Airport Commission staff as the new Director of Finance. "We are pleased that Bill has joined our staff. He brings many years of professional experience and strong leadership to the Accounting and Finance Department. In addition to his financial background, Bill’s experience as a pilot gives him additional insight into the aviation industry," said Patrick Wilson, TCRA executive director.  

Anderson is a certified public accountant and comes to the Airport after most recently serving as the corporate controller for Aegis Construction, Inc. in La Place, La. He also held the positions of corporate controller and manufacturing group controller at Electrolux-Aerus LLC in Bristol, VA from 1989-2003. Prior to his time in the Tri-Cities, Anderson served as the controller for real estate development companies in Virginia and Texas, along with operating his own CPA firm. In addition, he held senior accounting positions at several large companies including United Technologies Corporation and Price Waterhouse after graduating from college.

"I am excited to be back in the Tri-Cities and look forward to continuing the award winning standards the accounting department has achieved for the past 8 years", says Anderson. Anderson received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Missouri State University. He is a private pilot and collects and restores antique tube radios.
