(BLOUNTVILLE, Tenn.)-- Tri-Cities Regional Airport, TN/VA (TCRA or TRI) welcomes Glenn McClure as the Airline Services Manager. McClure will supervise the Airport’s Airline Services Department and oversee the ticket counter and ground handling services for Allegiant Air. The Airport created the Airline Services Department to assist in recruiting new service to TRI. This service will allow an airline to enter the market with very little risk or expense.

McClure comes to the Tri-Cities after retiring from Delta Airlines in Atlanta with 32 years of service. He most recently served as Duty Manager of Delta’s Airport Customer Service. During his career with Delta, McClure worked his way up through the company and held the positions of Passenger Service Supervisor, Delta Crown Room Manager and Ticket Counter Supervisor. "We are extremely pleased to have someone with Glenn’s experience to start up this new program. There isn’t much he hasn’t done when it comes to running this type of operation," said Patrick Wilson, TCRA executive director.

McClure graduated from high school in West Palm Beach, FL and has worked with several charities during his professional career. He is also a 32nd Degree Mason with the Scottish Rite in Knoxville. McClure and his wife, Cathy, live in Indian Springs.
